Just about a year-to-the-day after the first COVID cases here in the North Country, and the months-long statewide shutdown that followed, New York state reports COVID cases are declining, as the number of doses of vaccine is increasing significantly. With more vaccine available, County Health Departments across the North Country have been holding clinics to get more people vaccinated. The Clinton County Health Department is holding weekly clinics now at Clinton Community College, and plans to schedule more in the coming weeks. You can follow their Facebook page to learn when, or you can register online or call to schedule an appointment to get your shot.
