Adirondack Regional Theatre has some ongoing and upcoming events to explore…
Pick Up Plays
Pick Up Plays are script readings by any member of the public who’d like to play a role. It’s a chance to try performing in an intimate setting, without the pressure of being on stage. The next Pick Up Play happens Monday, January 6, at 5:30 pm, at the Old Soul Design Shop in Plattsburgh.
Stage Productions
The next major ART production is a comedy show in the spring titled The Play That Goes Wrong. Dates are May 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10 & 11 at the Strand Center Theatre in Plattsburgh, New York.
Opportunities for Kids
Young folks ages 8-18 may want to participate in Summer Camp or Winter Camp, produced in collaboration with the Strand Center for the Arts, where kids are put on stage or behind the scenes for a show. The Green Series in the spring and summer allows kids to tour with a local production. Some participants in the Green Series may also train to become show directors.
25th Anniversary Gala
The date for the celebration gala is November 8, 2025, at the Rainbow Wedding and Banquet Hall in Altona, New York.
