A new online platform has been launched to help recruit a new generation of healthcare workers in the North Country. Healthcare providers, non-profits, and educators came together this week to help launch this new digital tool that aims to encourage students & young professionals to pursue careers in the medical field to help address the severe shortage of health care workers.
To help with recruiting, a new initiative, the Institute for Career Advancement in Medicine or ICAM, is now available to help job seekers in 14 Upstate Counties in New York including all of the North Country.
