Special events were held this summer to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the passage/ratification of the 19th Amendment giving women the right to vote. As our Jack LaDuke tells us, the celebrations paid homage to the Women’s Suffrage Movement and one of its heroes from here in the Adirondacks.
