Montreal artist Victoria Wonnacott’s work is anything but dry. The painter depicts swimmers under water, and her husband under the shower nozzle. She obsessively covers many of her canvases with tiny water droplets. Producer Paul Larson hosts the program. “Art Express” celebrates the visual and performing arts.
