The Plattsburgh area is BOOming with trick-or-treat events this year!
Join Mountain Lake PBS at the Champlain Centre Mall for the 7th annual Child Care Coordinating Council of the North Country’s Trick or Treat for Books event on October 20th, 4:30-6:30 PM.
Then, next week, come see us at the City of Plattsburgh’s Downtown Trick-or-Treat, on October 29th, 12-2 PM, where they’ll transform Trinity Park into a Spooky Street.
We’ll be giving away tasty treats, PBS KIDS swag, children’s books and more. We can’t wait to see your little ghosts and ghouls there!
Trick or Treat for Books
Come out to the 7th annual Trick or Treat for Books event at Champlain Centre Mall on Thursday, October 20th, from 4:30-6:30 PM, hosted by the Child Care Coordinating Council of the North Country. Dress up in costume, meet and greet with community organizations to learn about literacy-related resources, and pick out a book for your little ones as a treat!
Trick or Treat for Books will feature face painting by Pipsqueak the Clown and a dance performance by Nancy Langlois School of Dance. Learn more about the event here.
Trinity Park Trick or Treat
The City of Plattsburgh will be transforming Trinity Park into a Spooky Street on Saturday, October 29th, from 12-2 PM, with local businesses and community groups handing out treats, free face painting, and Amanda Dagley from WNBZ Radio DJing a spook-tacular set!
Participating downtown businesses will also offer trick-or-treat stops and you can cast your vote for the spookiest downtown storefront display! Learn more about the event here.
