A few weeks ago we aired a documentary on Mountain Lake PBS about Christine Hallquist, the head of an electric utility in Northern Vermont, who is a transgender woman. Hallquist announced this week that she is resigning as CEO of the Vermont Electric Co-Op to run for governor, in Vermont.
