The Rainbow Project

If you’ve looked recently, you no doubt have noticed there are a lot of rainbows to be found here in the North Country these days, taped to widows and propped up on front steps. It all has to do with a Facebook group started by a mom in the Albany area. Her movement has caught on around the North Country, and the nation. 10–year-old Mariah Clausen from Beekmantown, used a rainbow as her backdrop, and sang a song for health care workers in the community. Her mom, a healthcare worker at CVPH, posted the video to her Facebook page. Also, Mikayla Defayette from Plattsburgh created an entire glass window in rainbow colors.
