Tentacle Tribe , the Canadian-Swedish choreographic power duo Emmanuelle Lê Phan and Elon Höglund is a force to be reckoned with in the world of dance.

Their latest production entitled “PRISM” , (presented by DANSE DANSE and currently running at the STUDIO-THÉÂTRE, WILDER BUILDING) stands out for it’s unique performance language, which effortlessly fuses street dancing, martial arts, as well as contemporary dance, while shedding some light on important existential questions such as our general “raison-d’etre” in this world.

Their latest production, Prism, is a true work of art. The quintet of dancers moves between a reflective floor and five movable mirror panels, which they can manipulate from different angles.
The result is a kaleidoscopic display of movement that seamlessly unites and intermingles the dancers’ bodies, creating an infinite array of colorful images.
Höglund’s music complements the dance perfectly, creating a dreamlike journey that has a truly hypnotic effect.
