In our studio interview we talk to Le Ly about her memoirs that were turned into Oliver Stone’s 1994 movie “Heaven and Earth” the third in his trilogy of Vietnam films. Le Ly was joined in our studio by Mark Conroy, a farmer from Beekmantown who spent 23-years working for Le Ly’s foundation in Vietnam helping to rebuild villages, constructing schools, hospitals, clinics, universities and water systems that helped millions recover after the war.
