Every year on Lorraine Street in the City of Plattsburgh, Jim and Judy Gibbons decorate their garden with a different theme. This year, the theme is “Storybook Lane,” featuring various children’s books, including works from nationally recognized author Pete Fanning. Pete, who has written 12 books for young adults and numerous short stories, was invited to join them in their garden for a public book signing. Pete’s wife, who grew up in Plattsburgh, played a part in making this event happen.
