NY 21 Congresswoman Elise Stefanik talks about Canada deciding to keep the Northern Border closed to non-essential traffic for at least another 30 days through October 21st. The North Country Chamber of Commerce is advising businesses that it is very likely the border will remain closed through the end of the year.
