Seized Dogs Soon Up for Adoption

Nearly 50 dogs that were seized from an animal rescue in Beekmantown, NY last month will soon be put up for adoption.

The owner of the A Canine Gem rescue is facing serious allegations of animal cruelty after the dogs were removed.

The dogs are being sheltered at the Clinton County Jail, where after 3 weeks, Clinton County Sheriff David Favro and the Elmore SPCA say many have gained weight, are doing better, and will be put up for adoption soon. The Elmore SPCA is already accepting applications online.
