Downtown Plattsburgh celebrated the season with “A Miracle on Margaret Street” holiday parade. Highlights included The Nutcracker at the Strand Theatre, Plattsburgh High School’s Encore A cappella group, and festive floats themed around the movie Elf. Santa’s sleigh marked the finale, followed by the city’s Christmas tree lighting at the Strand Center for the Arts.
