Learners of all ages from the Adirondacks, Champlain Valley, and Montréal can take a guided tour of the Mountain Lake PBS studio, meet and greet with staff members, and engage in a variety of educational hands-on experiences. Tours are 30 minutes to 1 hour in duration and ample parking is available on site.
What Does a Field Trip Include?
Take a guided tour of the production studio.
Learn about what we do in the studio, from filming interviews, debates and fundraising specials, to the types of equipment you’ll find there.
After the tour is time for hands-on fun!
Try out the cameras, microphones, and other studio equipment. Practice anchoring your own show or direct the shots from the control room.
