New York’s North Country is moving ahead with reopening, after the COVID-19 outbreak. This past week, the state approved phase 3, including allowing restaurants and bars to re-open at 50% capacity. As businesses reopen, the Champlain Centre Mall, says it too is ready to reopen, the only problem is its retailers have no idea when they’ll get the green light from the governor.
