People Near Here | Crash Memorial

A new memorial is unveiled honoring the National Guard Airmen killed 40-years ago when their helicopter crashed into Trembleau Mountain in Keeseville, New York, as they were returning to their air base on Long Island from a training mission on Lake Champlain.

Our Derek Muirden attended the ceremony unveiling the memorial, held 40-years-to-the-day that the crew died in the crash.
