PBS Kids | Summer of Learning: Literacy in July

Attention families and educators, it is almost halfway through the Summer, which leaves you and your children enough time to start integrating lessons before school doors open again. PBS has prepared themed televised months for children to watch and engage with to keep their minds fresh and active for learning.

What’s special coming this month? …

PBS KIDS newest series, Molly of Denali, will premier Tuesday, July 16th, 7:00 – 8:00 AM. Molly Mabray is a 10-year-old girl who goes out on daily adventures with her dog Suki and her friends Tooey and Trini. Along the way, they use their literary skills to interact with informational texts, such as field guides, archives, maps, charts and more.

You can find Molly of Denali and more PBS KIDS shows by downloading the free PBS KIDS Video App.
