Pavlo’s introduction to the stage in Montreal came with a sigh of relief. A show had been scheduled for November of 2020. Tickets had been purchased and seats had been reserved, but the performance got postponed for a year due to concerns over COVID-19. Then, the postponed show got pushed back another year! Finally, on November 25, 2022, people arrived at the venue for the performance. Spotlight producer Paul Larson of Mountain Lake PBS took the stage to reassure the audience that the concert was actually going to happen.
This marked the second time the world class guitarist from Toronto had invited Larson to introduce him and his band members. Pavlo’s show entertained the audience at Théâtre Maisonneuve, a venue in the Place des Arts complex of Montréal. The guitarist and his band played tunes with a Mediterranean flair, honoring Pavlo’s Greek heritage and love of Latin cultures.
Pavlo’s current tour is taking him to theatres throughout Ontario, as well as venues in Boston, New York City and Los Angeles.
