French students from North Country schools and SUNY Plattsburgh come together for a celebration of everything French, including our French-Canadian heritage and culture.
Students set up displays on literature, landmarks and food in France, as well as performing musical numbers in French. The celebration was the brainchild of Dr. Margaret Leone at SUNY Plattsburgh and Katie Inhelder, a french teacher at AuSable Valley Central School.
This event was funded by the Adirondack Foundation and the Adirondack Foreign Language Enhancement Fund.
