The Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Transportation Department was in Northern New York recently to officially cut the ribbon on a new attraction at the Eisenhower Lock in Massena. It’s a newly expanded Visitors Center that shares the history of the St. Lawrence Seaway. Our Jack LaDuke shows us.
