New Assemblyman Michael Cashman on Priorities for the 2026 Legislative Session

With the New Year and new Legislative Session getting underway this week in Albany, we sit down with the North Country’s new Assemblyman, Michael Cashman, who is beginning his first year representing New York’s 115th Assembly District that covers all of Clinton and Franklin Counties and 5 Towns in Essex County. We talk about two bills that Assemblyman Cashman has already introduced as well as his priorities as he and his fellow state lawmakers begin the new session. Mr. Cashman is also planning to hold several town hall meetings in the next few weeks.
