Animal Relationships and Adaptations | Canada: Surviving the Wild North

Grades 6-12
Canada is a vast country, with the largest intact forest on the planet, more than two million lakes and rivers, and the longest coastline on Earth. Some of the most unique animals in the world, such as the artic fox and sea wolves, are especially adapted to survive in the harshest ecosystems. In these videos from Nature’s Canada: Surviving the Wild North you will discover some of these unique animals and observe the different ways that they are adapted to survive in their ecosystem. You will observe a range of behaviors and adaptations that make each animal unique and they ways that they depend on one another for survival.

In school or at home, take advantage of the Watch & Wonder broadcast schedule.
