Mountain Lake PBS, now available to stream free on Amazon Prime Video

Mountain Lake PBS is excited to announce that it is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Even better, non-Prime users will have access to all PBS programming under the “Watch for Free” section. This marks the first time PBS will be streaming free on a major streaming service.

PBS and Amazon announced last November that 150 local PBS stations and the PBS KIDS Channel would be launching ad free viewing on the platform in the coming months.

In addition to this, two FAST channels will be offered: PBS Drama and PBS Documentaries. This will give the opportunity to catch up on PBS favorites while also tuning in to local stories all in one place.

“PBS member stations will be able to tap into a leading streaming service to offer quality local programming viewers know and love for free,” PBS Chief Digital and Marketing Officer Ira Rubenstein said. “It’s part of the PBS commitment to make trusted content available to all households across as many platforms as possible.”

Mountain Lake PBS is also available to stream at PBS.org, as well as on YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, Local Now, DirectTV Stream, the PBS App and at mountainlake.org.
