A multi-million dollar renovation taking place at Moses Ludington Hospital in Ticonderoga is changing the look of health care in the Adirondacks. A 9-million dollar state grant is building a new state-of-the-art Emergency Room, and will also bring other medical services including primary care doctors, an x-ray department, lab services, pharmacy, physical therapy and chemotherapy treatment all under one roof. We’ll talk with the President of Moses Ludington Hospital, John Remillard, about the renovation project, and the benefits the hospital will see under a new partnership with the UVM Health Network that will join Moses Ludington with hospitals in Elizabethtown, Plattsburgh, and Vermont.
