Mayor Colin Read says New York State’s modeling of the Coronavirus outbreak shows that cases will peak in mid-April to early May downstate, but that it will like be later in May for the North Country. He also talks about how social distancing measures will likely have to remain in place for several months throughout the summer and into the fall. The Mayor also talks about why he has added a curfew to the current State of Emergency in the City.
