The Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir celebrated thirty-five years of life this weekend, with three days of special programs planned. Yet for this choir, and for longtime director Dexter Criss, this is about more than music. It represents a oneness of humanity, a special plateau that the music director calls ‘Level Four.’
