Learning at Home continues on Mountain Lake PBS in Fall 2021

Whether you’re back to school, learning at home, or a hybrid of both, Mountain Lake PBS is here for your family this school year.

Beginning Monday, September 6th, Mountain Lake PBS is proud to continue our Learning at Home initiative, with trusted broadcast and digital learning resources to families and educators during the 2021-2022 school year.

Watch Learning at Home
Monday-Friday, 1-3 PM

At the start of each month, we’ll post the schedule of programs for the entire month, linked with complementary digital resources on the Learning at Home hub. Then every week in our Mountain Lake Families Newsletter, we’ll highlight a program we’re excited about.

Mountain Lake PBS will continue to air the shows your family loves and relies on, like Sesame Street and Daniel Tiger for Pre-K and young learners; Wild Kratts and Odd Squad for elementary age children; and programs like NOVA, History Detectives, and American Masters for middle and high school students. As always, other great PBS series and specials are available to stream on the free PBS Video and PBS KIDS Video apps.

Paired with programming in the Learning at Home block, educators and parents are encouraged to access the free, educational resources offered by PBSLearningMedia.org.

PBS LearningMedia provides original digital content and supplemental viewing guides for on-air programming that assist in learning. Special collections for each grade level make it easy for parents and teachers to select appropriate content if they are new to the service, and webinars and online support materials are available to help teachers make use of PBS LearningMedia as an integral distance learning tool.
