Trendy DIX30 district in Brossard, Qc has just celebrated the opening of a new Asian themed night-time gem :
La Nuit Shanghai is a unique, gastronomic cabaret that promises majestic, lively artistic evenings within the sumptuous décor of its spacious 6,000-square-foot space on Leduc Boulevard in Brossard (right above the David`s Tea)
The idea of creating a unique, Asian cabaret concept came from Jacky Lin, President of the SH Group.
After a trip to Shanghai in 2019, he visualized a trendy venue that would emulate the passion, seduction and energy of a glamourous gala evening, such as what used to be held at the Paramount Hotel in Shanghai in the 1920s, right in the midst of the Roaring Twenties.
Singers, burlesque dancers ( such as Joy Rider featured below) and circus artists are set to regularly entertain guests nightly at La Nuit Shanghai to make each evening most memorable.

A 5-star menu
Executive Chef David Yeh, former owner of Bulma Bar, and a long-time collaborator with Chef Antonio Park, developed a gourmet menu that fuses together both authentic Chinese and French cuisine.
Part of the menu is entirely devoted to Chinese speciality dishes such as Dim Sum, Wagyu beef and honey-lacquered Peking duck served the traditional way.
Lin recruited the talents of mixologists who have developed a beautiful range of special tea-based cocktails including Sazerac made of Wulong tea, VSOP cognac, Dong Ding Wulong tincture and Angostura Bitters. All cocktails are pretty eye-catching and some are even served in unique Chinese design teapots !
Breathtaking scenery, props, decor:
Valt Design, in charge of interior design, has been hired to transform the vast floor space into a majestic and very luxurious place reminiscent of The Great Gatsby. There are, among other things, 6-foot-high throne chairs, round benches for groups, quartz countertops and a huge LED wall for ongoing short projections.
The restaurant has seating space for more than 140 seats, which makes it ideal for private events and up – coming Christmas office parties. “We can even organize private events outside regular opening hours according to requests for 30 more people,” says Jacky Lin.
With a stylish ambiance, delicious food, original cocktails and a variety of entertainment, La Nuit Shanghai is certainly an exotic gem in the heart of Brossard’s quartier Dix30 that is worth discovering !
