Moses Ludington Hospital in Ticonderoga is changing the look of health care in the Adirondacks. A 9-million dollar state grant is building a new state-of-the-art Emergency Room, and will also bring other medical services including primary care doctors, an x-ray department, lab services, pharmacy, physical therapy and chemotherapy treatment all under one roof.
