India Rosa: Where Modern Indian Cuisine Meets Creative Cocktails in a relaxed lounge setting.
India Rosa is the new destination to try in Montreal’s hip Griffintown neighborhood!
I was initially invited to the official media launch last January where the restaurant owners served delicious bite-sized tapas and some of their signature drinks. However I was eager to try the full menu offering on a regular business day.
This Easter weekend proved to be the ideal time for me to go and enjoy the full Indian brunch experience.
Following the success of their initial Plateau location , the Sandhu family has recently launched their second branch, featuring a modern interior with contemporary design and rustic accents. With a well-stocked bar and a unique dining experience that combines finecuisine and amazingcocktails, this restaurant offers a chic and relaxed atmosphere that will transport you to a world of spice, flavor, and relaxation.
From savory curries like korma and butter chicken to visually stunning appetizers like the signature yogurt filled Dahl Puri round puffs, and slightly tangy cheese tikka paneer, the combination of flavors and spices in their dishes and wide variety of fine Indian bites and exotic creative cocktails are simply irresistible.
The hand crafted Tiki fruit cocktails topped with fruit bites on ice are a must-try: refreshing and fruity they will leave you wanting more.
The restaurant also offers a great wine list, a variety of craft beers, and classic drinks for those looking for something familiar.
India Rosa’s classic Indian cuisine is sure to satisfy any cravings, however more than anything, it’s the experience of sharing a meal with friends and family that makes India Rosa so special.
The relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality make this restaurant a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a great night out.
Overall, India Rosa is a gem of a restaurant that offers an unforgettable dining experience for foodies, cocktail enthusiasts and Indian food connoisseurs alike.
Whether it’s a spicy 5@7 or a night out with friends, the restaurant’s modern twist on classic Indian dishes and infusions will leave your taste buds singing.
