Non-profits like JCEO is trying to address food insecurity in the Adirondacks by growing more fresh produce in its gardens and greenhouses in Malone, New York to supply dozens of food pantries in Clinton, Franklin and St. Lawrence Counties, as well as its two mobile farmers markets that deliver healthy, fresh food to seniors in several rural communities.
