Airline Passengers by the thousands passing through the newly expanded Plattsburgh International Airport terminal building are getting a colorful look into the area’s history. Artist Bucky Seiden, and several volunteers, have worked for several years with students from Chazy Central School to create ceramic tiles that they have used to create a huge wall mural that tells the history of Plattsburgh’s Army and Air Force Bases on the site where the airport now sits.
