For the second year, Hochul is proposing another 2-and-a-half billion-dollars to help house and feed the tens of thousands of migrants arriving every month to New York City. Language authorizing up to 5 more prison closures have North Country lawmakers concerned. We hear from Assemblyman Billy Jones.
