New York Governor Kathy Hochul unveiled her budget plan to lawmakers, to pay for the ambitious spending she’s proposed, including an additional 2-billion dollars in education funding, 10-billion dollars to help the healthcare industry recover from the COVID pandemic, and more than a billion dollars for child care.
