This past week we sat down retired New York State Police Major Charles Guess, who was Commander of Troop B in 2015, and was the incident commander for the escape & manhunt. Guess talked about the 23-day manhunt, his involvement with director Ben Stiller’s Showtime series on the escape, and the Inspector General’s Investigation.
