After two weeks of record cold temperatures a January thaw creates ice jams that forced hundreds from their homes at a mobile home park in Plattsburgh’s south end. By Friday, some of the homeowners were allowed back into their homes. About 2-dozen residents will have to find temporary housing because the damage to their homes from the ice and flood waters is extensive.
