The Festival of Trees has become a North Country Holiday Tradition. Area businesses and organizations decorate holiday trees at Champlain Centre Mall to raffle off to raise money for the Advocacy and Resource Center in Plattsburgh. The A-R-C assists more than 600 individuals with developmental disabilities living in Clinton County, Its Workforce Network program helps people with disabilities get jobs within the community. We meet one of those individuals, Chris Bacon, who is working as an Assistant in Human Resources at CVPH. Michelle McGrath, the Director of the Workforce Network, joins us to talk about the employment program.
