The evening begins with a choice of comforting house soup made with tomatoes, celery, leeks, onions, and seasonal vegetables, or a grilled vegetable tapenade infused with mint leaves, olive oil, and tuna.

Guests can also opt for a playful mix of two crispy Doigts, Fatma and Royal, filled with coriander, cheese, mashed potatoes, green olives, merguez, and almonds, wrapped in a delicate golden pastry.

For the main course, Menthe et Couscous showcases the dishes that have made it a Montréal favorite.

The Couscous Royal is a true feast and hearty main , featuring a generous lamb shank, tender chicken, and spicy merguez served over fluffy couscous and vegetables slow cooked in aromatic spices.

Seafood lovers will gravitate toward the Couscous Paella, a colorful and flavorful dish combining chicken, shrimp, mussels, calamari, peas, red onions, peppers, and a saffron infused sauce.

Couples can also choose from a selection of comforting tagines served in beautiful round clay, earthenware dish with a tall, conical lid , available with lamb, chicken, merguez, seafood, or vegetables, ideal for sharing and savoring together.

Dessert keeps the romance going with crisp almond birouates delicately sweetened with cinnamon, or Halawit Aljibn, a decadent Middle Eastern dessert made with sweet cheese, cream, syrup, and pistachios.
