Montreal is home to the Formula 1™ Canadian Grand Prix, the biggest sporting event in all of Canada! It’s 3 days of competition, class, charm, and world-class events and parties !

The 2022 Montreal Grand Prix will be held on June 19 2022 and there is a bevy of glamourous and entertaining events surrounding that date which will bring together the greatest pilots in the world, fashionistas, party revelers and those who just wish to come out and celebrate!

Last week, Diary of a Social Gal Magazine set the bar high with a roaring garden party on the newly opened Terrace Belvu of Chateau Marriott Champlain !

Featuring innovative and creative images, Diary of a Social Gal Magazine profiles the best in fashion, beauty, art, fundraisers and events in and around the city !

In celebration of Montrealers, the city’s re-opening and the much awaited return of the Grand Prix , Jenn Campbell, known for her fabulous Diary of a Social Magazine in collaboration with the TIDAN group launched her #REIGNITIONEDITION last Wednesdsay June 8th at Terrace BELVU.

As for the party details, celeb DJyoc keep the music spinning all evening long while guests enjoyed an open bar and catered bites from the kitchen of the Marriott and ultra-fine sweet treats from @llk.mtl  (anniversary cake),  @bayardgateaux (West Indian rum cakes)  @blissfulbrownies.mtl , @olovecakes  and @yespleasemtl all under a spectacular tree of dreams created by floral master Alain Simon.

Hello Jen, what is it about Montreal and its inhabitants that makes it such a unique city / place to live ? 

“In addition to being the most European city not in Europe lol, Montreal is beloved for its PARTY CITY status. The joie de vivre permeates all aspects of life in the ville and makes it a fabulous place to both live and visit. The food, wine, culture and people … Montreal is the place to be! “

 In your magazine you mention numerous events , fundraisers and galas. What are some of the top criteria you search for when determining which events to cover ?

“At the end of the day, we consider a range of features but are most inspired by events that come from a place of deep passion and commitment to an admirable planet and people enhancing cause, however wre also seek to immerse guests in decidedly glam and memorable experiences.” 

–  What tips or recommendations would you give the aspiring socialite ?

“Truth be told, we’ve coined a new word: socialight, and see it as the perfect description of those who in the modern world seek to be social while bringing light and positivity to the experience.”

Galerie 203 for the Grande Première Art Exhibition Red Carpet for HUGO RENZO- Leading to unfound Truth during the Grand Prix Montreal 2022 ! 

Today Galerie 203 kicked started their week of colorful events with a Grand Premiere red carpet opening night with several public figures to admire the work of HUGO RENZO.

In addition to being a well-known DJ in Montreal (Greenwood, Flyiin, New City Gas, Soubois, Apt 200, École Privée, Clandestino, Nhaū Bar, Suwu) and New York (Soho House, Make Believe), Hugo Renzo creates artwork inspired by pop culture and cartoons.
