We talk with Commissioner Basil Seggos about a surge in the popularity of fishing on the Saranac River and Lake Champlain, and how that may prompt the state to do more to help remove or alter the Imperial Dam on the Saranac River, in Plattsburgh, to allow more fish upstream to spawning grounds. The Commissioner also talks about plans moving ahead, as soon as this summer, to pull up 34-miles of railroad tracks between Tupper Lake and Lake Placid to build a new multi-use recreation trail.
