Following the closure of the observatory on the 45th and 46th floors in 2020, developers Ivanhoé Cambridge embarked on a journey to re-imagine the upper levels of this iconic building.
The goal was to craft an enriching experience for its occupants while also captivating downtown workers, Montreal residents, and tourists alike. In pursuit of this vision, the company sought proposals from various architectural firms to conceive an innovative and revitalized concept for the space.
