The MRC of the Laurentides is happy that the restoration of this historic fishing site not only honors its past, but also breathes new life into its surroundings, offering visitors snowshoeing trails, hiking paths, and direct access to the P’tit Train du Nord linear park.
But the true marvel of the Sentier des Cimes lies above. Imagine strolling amidst the treetops, where the scent of pine fills the air, and the whisper of the wind is your only companion.
Here, the mysteries of native plant and animal species unfold before your eyes, revealing the intricate balance of life in the Laurentians.
Each observation deck along the way offers a new vista, a fresh angle from which to admire the breathtaking scenery that stretches as far as the eye can see.
If you are lucky you might even catch a glimpse of a squirrel or chipmunk happily enjoying the seeds and nuts left by the groundskeepers at one of the feeding posts along the trail .

LÀ-HAUT, aerial circus show presented by Vague de Cirque
For those seeking even more enchantment, the Sentier des Cimes offers a truly unique experience: LÀ-HAUT, an aerial circus show that defies gravity and captivates the imagination.
Performed by four skilled acrobats this aerial ballet choreographed by “Vague de Cirque” unfolds high above the ground, where fabric, slack wire, and acrobatic netting come together in a dance of daring and grace.
With circular landings and the panoramic tower as its stage, spectators are treated to an up-close and personal view of the performance, as the beauty of the Laurentian landscape provides a stunning backdrop.
This summer, from June 22 to September 2nd, over sixty 35-minute performances of LÀ-HAUT are scheduled, taking place in the morning and evening.
Imagine watching the acrobats soar against the backdrop of a setting sun, the landscape bathed in golden light, as the day transitions to twilight.
It’s a spectacle that blurs the lines between reality and dreams, where emptiness fades into the background, and the magic of the moment takes center stage.
