A third candidate is planning to jump into the race for Mayor in Plattsburgh, and he is no stranger to the job. The City of Plattsburgh Republican Committee has endorsed former mayor Donald Kasprzak to run again. Kasprzak served as mayor from 2006 to 2013, after serving for several years as a city alderman & councilor.
