The love affair between Montréal and poutine has spanned decades, and every February, restaurants across the city celebrate the classic combination of French fries, gravy, and cheese curds during La Poutine Week.

The week lets various eateries around the city show their appreciation for the classic Quebec comfort food by offering their own recipes for poutine-lovers to enjoy.

L’Opera de Montréal examines the intimate hours leading up to the fate of one of the most seminal American figures of the 20th century.

The opera JFK boasts moving music and a powerful story that explores the innermost struggles of John and Jackie Kennedy as they rest in a hotel room preparing for their infamous Dallas motorcade ride in November of 1963.

NAPOLEON: The Imperial Household

A new exhibition at the Montréal Museum of Fine Arts lets you feel the presence of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte in the Imperial Palace.

Napoleon: The Imperial Household will re-create the ambiance and spirit of the French Court during Napoleon’s reign with exclusive artwork that aims to reveal the palace’s role in establishing General Bonaparte’s monarchy.
