This summer, Cornell Cooperative is offering their Power of Produce Club — online!
With stipulations still in place for in-person activities in New York State, some families may still be spending a majority of their time at home. To keep the kids from getting cabin fever, Cornell Cooperative Extension is offering the perfect opportunity to educate and entertain them this summer!
Power of Produce Club is an online program that will go for 8 weeks, starting Monday, July 6. Each week, activities and recipes related to locally available produce will be posted for children ages 4 to 10.
You do have to register in order to participate! This can be done by visiting their registration webpage. You don’t have to register each child separately if you have more than one at home. As soon as you register once, you will receive access to all content. You can register anytime over the 8-week period.
People with Gmail addresses will gain access via Google classroom, and all other email addresses will receive a weekly email containing the content.
