Mountain Lake PBS is excited to announce COOK IN! A delectable 3-course culinary experience for home cooks and foodies alike! Join us for an intimate and fun cooking class exclusive to supporters of Mountain Lake PBS.
Cook alongside Chef Curtiss Hemm of Carriage House Cooking School in an interactive class from the comfort of your own kitchen. You’ll begin the evening by crafting a signature cocktail to enjoy as you cook a delicious three-course meal. Chef Curtiss and his staff will guide you through the menu — cooking with you, demonstrating techniques, and answering all your questions.

No! Cook In is perfect for a date night or small dinner party. One $75 reservation may cover multiple people at the same location.

If you don’t eat steak, Chef Curtiss suggests choosing your preferred veggie or fish to cook along with. Chef recommends a Portobello mushroom, zucchini or eggplant as possible options.

It’s our goal to make this event as accessible as possible. All items will be easy to find at your local grocery store, and Chef Curtiss will also offer substitutions, just in case!

After making your $75 donation, you’ll receive a Zoom link. That’s the link you’ll use to join the class. The Zoom link will be sent out a few weeks in advance of the class date.
