Congress is stepping up with $3-billion dollars to buy fentanyl detectors for border agents & police and to expand treatment options for addicts. Senator Chuck Schumer came to the hospital in Plattsburgh this past week, UVM Health Network’s CVPH Medical Center, to announce the bi-partisan agreement.
