The City and Town of Plattsburgh are teaming up this year, and for the first time, will host a Memorial Day Parade together. The parade will kick-off at Noon on Memorial Day, May 26th, at Westside Ballroom in the Town of Plattsburgh on the former Air Force Base and make its way down New York Road to the U-S Oval and Veterans Park where a Memorial Day service will be held.
