Check Out Weekday “Watch & Wonder” Programs All School Year Long!

In school or at home, take advantage of the Watch & Wonder broadcast schedule on Mountain Lake PBS. Great for classroom viewing, distance instruction, and families looking to spend extra quality time together, programs are suitable for middle and high school aged learners.

Airing weekdays from 1-3 PM, featured programs—including NATURE, NOVA, American Masters, and more—encourage creativity, kick start innovation, and expand children’s horizons with stories from across the globe.

Each week, we’ll highlight a show from our Watch & Wonder block and share a related PBS LearningMedia resource to help extend the learning. Follow along on the Watch & Wonder schedule page, or subscribe to our newsletter.

Mountain Lake PBS will continue to air the shows your family loves and relies on, like Sesame Street and Daniel Tiger for Pre-K and young learners, and Wild Kratts, Odd Squad and Molly of Denali for elementary school aged children. As always, other great PBS series and specials are available to stream for free on the PBS Video and PBS KIDS Video apps.

Teachers and parents can access free, educational resources related to the featured programs in the Watch & Wonder block and PBS KIDS series by visiting PBSLearningMedia.org.

PBS LearningMedia provides original digital content and supplemental viewing guides for on-air programming that assist in learning. Special collections for each grade level make it easy for parents and teachers to select appropriate content if they are new to the service. Webinars and online support materials are available to help teachers make use of PBS LearningMedia as an integral distance learning tool.
